Imagine? The NE Patriots score the go ahead touchdown with two minutes left. The NFL Commissioner places a call to the Giants head coach to have his quarterback take a knee, allowing NE to keep its undefeated season. Absurd you say?
The difference between Barack and Hillary is 150 delegates, 1/2 of one percent, with 10 more states to go, disenfranchising Florida and Michigan along the way. Obama supporters want the primary season to stop before the final gun, disenfranchising even more voters.
Clinton will win the popular vote, or come close enough that the Florida results will put her over the top, similar to the most points in the Super Bowl. She has scored touchdowns in Big states while Obama has scored field goals in mostly caucus states, which has a vote total matching a school board election, explaining why the popular vote is so close.
The calls for her to quit come from those in the Democrat party who do not like the Clintons - Leahy, Richardson, Kennedy, Kerry. It's obvious to those who support her, or are still deciding, as well as Obama supporters who know they wouldn't quit before every vote was counted if the situation were reversed.
My advice to her is the same as for the Giants, who always believed they would win: Go, Hillary, Go!
And Go Pennsylvania!
